Debit & ACH Loan Payments
Simply Pay My Loan Is our new, secure loan payment service that lets your make payments using your debit card or through an ACH transfer from any financial institution – no checkbook or branch visit needed. Members can make one-time payment on their loans at Alcose from any other bank or credit union. Simply Pay My Loan is designed to make paying your loan faster, easier, and more convenient while keeping your information safe and protected.
How it Works
Debit Card
- Use a debit card from any financial institution.
- Payments are processed electronically.
- Posted the same day if submitted before 3 p.m. EST.
- $6.00 Fee for each payment submitted
ACH (Electronic Bank Transfer)
- Enter your routing and account number from any financial institution.
- Funds are pulled directly from your checking or savings account.
- Posted as of today if submitted before 3 p.m. EST.
Disclosure
- $1,500 max payment amount per day (not including the fee amount).
- Payments can only be made via debit cards; credit cards are not accepted.
- Payment request must be submitted by 3 p.m. EST in order to be processed the same day.
- Payments will be processed at the start of the next business day if the request is submitted during non-business hours or holiday.
- If we need additional information and are not able to contact you, your payment may not be processed.
- Alcose Credit Union is not responsible for fees that may be incurred from other financial institutions.
